  5. Pour the cream you just obtained into the pan with hot water and boil for about 15 minutes, taking care to mix it so as not to create lumps.
  6. Place a fairly large white cloth on a colander placed on a rather large container
  7. Pour the liquid slowly and here is your soy milk.
  8. Pour the filtered milk into a saucepan and boil it for about 1 hour: the last 10 minutes add the vanilla bean.

What remains in the cloth is called okara: you can use it as a fertilizer, pet food.

How to strain homemade soy milk
